Pakistan's July-Feb Trade Deficit at $ 24.277 Billion

According to figures released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Pakistan’s July-Feb trade deficit amounted to USD 24.278 billion, an increase of 20.85 percent when compared to the same period last year.

However, the monthly trade deficit in February decreased by USD 740 Million as imports dropped by USD 810 Million (or 14.45%) to USD 4,797.00 million, compared to USD 5,607 Million in January 2018.

Exports remained stagnant at USD 1,902, a slight decrease from January 2018. However, Exports were up 16% compared to February 2017.
