Pakistan Synthetics to invest Rs1.5bn in Petpak Films

January 24, 2023 (MLN): The shareholders of Pakistan Synthetics Limited (PSX: PSYL) resolved to make an equity investment of up to Rs1.5 billion by way of the purchase of up to 150 million ordinary shares of Petpak Films (Private) Limited, an associated company in one or more tranches and at such time as may be offered by the Petpak Films (Private) Limited, the company filing's on PSX showed on Tuesday.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs40.02, up by Rs1.22 or 3.14% DoD.
