NPL recommends winding up Lalpir Power Ltd

September 16, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Nishat Power Limited (NPL) in its meeting held today, has recommended the voluntary winding up of Lalpir Solar Power (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nishat Power Limited.
The aforementioned recommendation is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
