July 06, 2026 (MLN): A draft offer for sale document for Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT has been placed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) website for public comments, as the REIT scheme has applied for listing on PSX's Main Board.

The Initial Public Offering comprises a total of 44,062,500 units, each carrying a par value of Rs 10, to be offered through the Book Building Method at a floor price of Rs 18 per unit. Arif Habib Limited has been named as the Lead Manager to the offer.

Under the Public Offering Regulations, 2017, the document has been placed on the PSX website under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Offer for Sale Document of Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT."

All concerned parties have been requested to submit their written comments on the draft document, if any, via email at comments.draftprospectus@psx.com.pk by COB Monday, July 13, 2026.
