NETSOL to acquire shares to make NetSol Innovation a wholly-owned subsidiary

December 3, 2019 (MLN): NetSol Technologies Ltd. (NETSOL) via notification to PSX has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has proposed the acquisition of 1,487,500 shares in NetSol Innovation (Pvt) Limited from The innovative group at the rate of Rs10 per share to make it wholly-owned subsidiary.
