National Foods establishes subsidiary in USA

January 10, 2022 (MLN): National Foods Limited (NATF)'s wholly-owned subsidiary, National Foods DMCC based in Dubai has established a subsidiary namely National Epicure USA Inc., in the USA, the company informed through a notice to exchange on Monday.

As a part of a strategy on international business, National Foods DMCC has set up the aforementioned subsidiary through its further subsidiary i.e., National Epicure Inc., in Canada.

On the financial front, the company had earned a net profit of Rs785mn in 1QFY22, up by 32% YoY from Rs595mn recorded in the corresponding period last fiscal year.
