Mitchell’s Company finalizes Bioexyte Foods as its preferred bidder

February 3, 2020 (MLN): Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited has finalized Bioexyte Foods (Private) Limited as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of more than 30% of its share capital.
According to the notification issued to PSX on Monday, the Company is in the process of negotiating and finalizing binding transaction documents and shall make necessary disclosures once it executes binding transaction documents with Bioexyte Foods.
Earlier, PSX had informed the exchange members that Mitchell’s Company was no longer being acquired by Waves Singer Pakistan Limited owing to lack of progress in negotiations.
