Crude oil production from Bolan East Oil Field resumed: MARI

October 27, 2022 (MLN): Mari Petroleum Company Limited (PSX: MPCL) on Thursday informed that the crude oil production from Bolan East Oil Field (Ziarat Block) has been resumed, the company filing on PSX showed today.
The field is currently producing around 650 barrels of crude oil per day, it added.
To recall, MARI discovered Bolan East-1 of Ziarat Block, near Mach City, in the Kachhi District of Balochistan Province in 2019.
The company is a licensed shareholder of Ziarat Exploration, owning a 60% working interest, while PPL (Europe) is the joint venture partner with a 40% working interest.
