Mari Petroleum changes name to Mari Energies from 27 Jan

January 17, 2025 (MLN): The name of Mari Petroleum Company Limited has been changed to Mari Energies Limited (PSX: MARI) with effect from January 27, 2025, according to the notice issued by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) has retained the same security symbol, “MARI”, as per the request of the Company.

MARI is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan on December 4, 1984, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (replaced by the Companies Act, 2017).

The Company is principally engaged in exploration, production and sale of hydrocarbons.
