Majority Shareholders of Dandot Cement to negotiate on selling shares

November 5, 2018 (MLN): Dandot Cement Company Limited has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that majority of its shareholders, either individually, or in concert with each other, or their family members or associates, are entering into negotiations to sell their shareholdings.

Previously, on November 1, 2018, PSX was notified in another announcement, that Calicom Industries Private Limited, is planning to acquire control and 63.5 million voting shares (67% of paid up capital) of Dandot Cement Company Limited.
