LTO Karachi collects Rs1.39tr revenue in 11MFY22

May 31, 2022 (MLN): Large Taxpayers Office, Karachi has shown remarkable achievement by collecting Revenue at Rs1.39 trillion in all taxes in 11MFY22 as against Rs 991.78 billion collected in 11MFY21, showing an overall growth of 41%, said a press release issued on Tuesday.

The overall budget target assigned to LTO Karachi by the federal government for the said period was Rs1.28tr against which LTO Karachi has achieved Rs1.39tr which is Rs116.98bn in excess of the assigned target.

During the month of May 2022, LTO, Karachi (Federal Board of Revenue) has also surpassed the budgetary target fixed at Rs125bn by collecting a gigantic Rs130.15bn (all taxes) against the target fixed by the government.
