LOADS approves the increase in authorized share capital

January 1, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Loads Limited (LOADS) in their meeting held yesterday, has approved the increase in authorized share capital of the company from Rs 2 billion to Rs 4 billion, to be placed for the approval of the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the company.

It has been informed to PSX that the EOGM of the company will be held on January 23, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Clifton, Karachi.
