Lalpir Power receives full payments under termination agreement

January 29, 2025 (MLN): Lalpir Power Limited (PSX: LPL) has received all agreed payments from the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) and the Government of Pakistan (GOP) within the stipulated timeline, as per the termination agreement executed earlier.

The development was previously disclosed in the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice dated October 15, 2024.

The company confirmed that the information is being disseminated following the specific advice of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX).
