JS & Co. to invest Rs. 1,000 million in EFU General Insurance

According to a notice issued on the exchange, the company today announced that it is planning to invest Rs. 1,000 million EFU General Insurance Limited.

Jahangir Siddiqui & Company will invest Rs. 1,000 million in the form of long term equity investment from time to time by purchase of Ordinary Shares of EFU General Insurance, an associated company, as per terms and agreement.
