JS Co.’s subsidiary obtains approval for acquiring 100% shares of Q1 Petroleum Ltd

February 13, 2020 (MLN): Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited (JSCL) via notification to Exchange, informed that the company has obtained Pre-Merger approval to Energy Infrastructure Holding (Pvt) Limited (EIHPL), it's wholly-owned subsidiary, for the acquisition of 100% shares of Q1 Petroleum Pvt Limited.

The approval for the acquisition of shares has been granted by Competition Commission of Pakistan.
