Imperial Limited CEO expands stake following share gift

March 07, 2025 (MLN): The shareholding of Imperial Limited (PSX: IML) CEO & Director, Mr. Naveed Mughis Sheikh, has increased following the transfer of gifted shares.
Mr. Sheikh received 6.56 million shares, while his spouse, Mrs. Aasiya Naveed Sheikh, acquired 5.86m shares as a gift from Mr. Sheikh’s sister, according to the company's statement issued today.
As a result, the combined voting power of Mr. Naveed Mughis Sheikh, including his spouse’s shareholding, has risen from 18.18% to 32.72%, with a total combined shareholding of 30,425,690 shares.
The requisite disclosure will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
