Hyundai Nishat Motor enters in a distributorship agreement with Hyundai, Korea

Hyundai Nishat Motor (HNM) Private limited, a subsidiary of Nishat Mills Limited, has entered in a nonexclusive dealership with Hyundai Motor Company, Korea.
According to the company notice, the agreement will allow Hyundai Nishat Motors (HMC) will have “the rights to distribution of (i) passengers cars and one ton range commercial vehicles built-up condition manufactured by HMC or assembled and/or manufactured under license from HMC; and (ii) spare parts, replacement parts, and accessories for such HMC vehicles.”
The notice further read that, “the agreement will expire on 31 December, 2019”.
