July 28, 2026 (MLN): Symmetry Group Limited's (PSX:SYM) subsidiary, Aurion.AI Limited, has formally submitted its application for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through its Consultant to the Issue, LSE Capital Limited.

Aurion intends to raise Rs750m through the IPO at a floor price of Rs5 per share.

The company has uploaded the prospectus and associated documentation on the PRIDE portal for review and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the PSX.

Symmetry Group said it looks forward to having another member of the Symmetry family list at the PSX in the near future, adding that the group remains committed to continuous improvement and delivering value to its shareholders.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
