Hum Network withdraws petition filed against MD Productions

April 23, 2019 (MLN): Hum Networks Limited, in its recent notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange, has intimated that the petition which was pending before the Sindh High Court at Karachi, for the sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement entered into between Company, M.D Productions (Private) Limited and HUMM Co. (Private) Limited, has been withdrawn on April 23, 2019 due to the inordinate delay in the matter proceeding with the High Court.
