LSE Financial Services to raise Rs159m through 58.89% rights issue

September 14, 2026 (MLN): LSE Financial Services Limited (PSX: LSEFSL) is set to raise its paid-up share capital through the issuance of 159,000,000 additional ordinary shares via a Right Issue.
The Board of Directors approved the decision through a
resolution by circulation dated September 14, 2026.
The shares will be issued at par value of Rs1/- each and
offered to existing shareholders in the ratio of 58.89 Right Shares for every
100 ordinary shares held, translating into a 58.89% Right Issue at par value of
Rs1/- per share.
The dates for closure of the Share Transfer Books to
determine entitlement for the Right Shares will be announced later, in line
with PSX Regulations, once the Right Share Offer Document (Schedule-I) is
finalized under the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
