Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,400 per tola

September 04, 2024 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs260,100 per tola, down Rs1,400.

The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs222,994 per 10-gram, down Rs1,200.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted lower at Rs204,411 per 10-gram.

Silver prices also fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs2,900 per tola (-Rs50) and Rs2,486 per 10-gram (-Rs43).

On the global front, spot gold traded near $2,483 an ounce, down $10.7 or 0.43% from the previous session.
