Gold continues to decline by Rs 900 to Rs 93,600

March 13, 2020 (MLN): In line with the previous trading session, the demand for safe-haven fell today as well. The price per tola gold dropped by Rs 900 to close at Rs 93,600 in the local market. The yellow metal had closed at Rs 94,500 per tola on last trading day.

According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, 10-gram gold lost Rs 771 to settle at Rs 80,247.

Similarly, the silver prices also witnessed a decline of Rs 10 to close at Rs 990 per tola.  Moreover, 10-gram silver lost Rs 8.57 to amount at Rs 848.76.

In the global market, gold prices declined by $52 to $1,587 per ounce while silver was valued at $15.80 per ounce.
