G3 Technology approves merger with Ghani Chemical Industries

June 01, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of G3 Technology Limited (GTECH), in their extraordinary general meeting, have approved the scheme of merger of GTECH with and into Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL), subject to the sanction of the Lahore High Court, company’s filing on bourse showed today.

To recall, in April’22, the Board of Directors of Ghani Chemical Industries Limited decided to merge G3 Technologies Limited (PSX: GTECH), an associated company with and into GCIL.

To note, GCIL is one of the largest manufacturers of medical and industrial gases in Pakistan.
