December 17, 2019 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited via notification to Exchange, informed that it has received firm intention from Fossil Energy Pvt Limited to acquire more than 50% voting shares of Bawany Air Products Limited beyond the threshold prescribed under Securities Act 2015.

As per the notification, the company requested PSX to make the above information immediately available to the shareholders of the company.
