June 11, 2019 (MLN): Feroze1888 Mills Limited, in a material statement issued to PSX on Tuesday, has disclosed that the Board of Directors has authorized the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to explore the potential opportunity to invest in Hira Terry Mills Limited and enter into a preliminary agreement with HTML and its shareholders for an arrangement including carrying out the necessary due diligence for the purpose.
