Feroze1888 Mills decides not to invest in Hira Terry Mills

October 25, 2019: Feroze1888 Mills Limited has just announced that it is no longer seeking the opportunity to invest in Hira Terry Mills Limited.
In a notification sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday, the company said that ‘it has decided not to proceed for an arrangement involving Hira Terry Mills’.
Earlier in June, the company had authorized the Chief Executive Officer to explore the potential opportunity to invest in HTML and enter into a preliminary agreement with its shareholders for an arrangement including carrying out the necessary due diligence for the purpose.
