Federal Cabinet meeting chaired by PM Khan underway

October 4, 2018(MLN): Federal Cabinet meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in chair is currently underway, at the PM Office, Islamabad.

The agenda for today’s meeting includes imperative matters with regards to financial policy and signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)’s with other countries in various fields.

Sources have revealed that members within the cabinet are contemplating a six-point agenda. The cabinet is also expected to officially approve the agreement with Turkey for the establishment of National Skills University.

In addition to this, bilateral agreements between Japan and Pakistan in the education sector will also be settled.

The cabinet’s approval for augmenting experts in financial management boards, and the appointment of Major general Arif as the director-general of the Anti-Narcotics Force are also lined up.
