ECNEC to review various projects related to transportation and communication

May 25, 2021 (MLN): The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC), in its meeting which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 26th May 2021.

The important agendas for this meeting comprised of the following points:

  • Gomal Zam Multipurpose project (2nd Revised PC-I)
  • Construction of Hoshab – Awaran – Khuzdar section of M-8 project; Section 2: Awaran-Naal, Length: 168km
  • Procurement 600 flat container Bogie Wagons (ZBFC)
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Roads Rehabilitation Project (KP-PRRP) “Under PKHA Portfolio” ABDB assisted ADP no. 1753/160249 (2021)- revised
  • Feasibility and Dualization of Mardan – Swabi Road (revised)
  • Construction of Hyderabad – Sukkur (306-km), 06-Lane divided, fenced motorway on Built Operate Transfer (BOT) basis- revised
