Drekkar Kingsway renamed to Oilboy Energy Ltd

December 28, 2021 (MLN): After obtaining SECP’s certificate, the name of the Drekkar Kingsway Limited has been changed to Oilboy Energy Limited, company filing of bourse showed today.

Accordingly, the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the company has been revised, the notice said.

With the above addition, the company requested the exchange to change the description of the company on its website as the company is now in the business of trading of energy, petrochemicals and lubricants, besides the import/export of energy commodities, products & materials.
