July 02, 2026 (MLN): Mill operations of Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited (PSX: KSTM) remained suspended during the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The suspension was primarily attributed to prevailing economic instability, including high input costs, power tariffs, low demand, and overall market uncertainty, which made operations unviable.

The management is continuously monitoring the situation and exploring all possible avenues for the revival of operations once economic conditions stabilize.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
