Dost Steels Limited receives around Rs2bn investment

May 29, 2025 (MLN): Dost Steels Limited (PSX: DSL) has secured an investment of Rs2.08 billion from Mr. Muhabbat Khan and Mr. Zahir Khan, who have also provided personal guarantees to banks for the repayment of bank loans.

Based on these guarantees, the company signed a restructuring agreement with the consortium banks, under which Rs2.08bn will be repaid in sixteen quarterly installments, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

As part of this agreement, Mr. Muhabbat Khan has made a down payment of Rs50 million to the consortium banks.
