Dewan Automotive faces CDS eligibility suspension

December 21, 2023 (MLN): Central Depository System (CDS) has suspended the CDS eligibility of Dewan Automotive Engineering Limited (PSX: DWAE), as revealed in a notice issued by the local bourse on Wednesday.
Moreover, trading in the company’s shares remains suspended due to non-compliance of clauses of the PSX Regulations i.e. suspended commercial production/business operations in its principal line of business.
The suspension will continue until the causes are rectified or for an additional 60 days, effective from December 21, 2023.
