Descon refutes media reports calling its agreement with Tetra Pak a ‘partnership’

February 6, 2020 (MLN): Descon Oxychem Limited has refuted all media reports suggesting that its agreement with Tetra Pak Pakistan Limited for the purchase of its product ASEPTOX 35, is some sort of a partnership or alliance.

‘This is a routine material purchase business agreement which the company used to enter with most of its customers. It is neither a partnership not any alliance or similar arrangement, therefore, it cannot be construed as a price sensitive information’, the company said in its letter to Pakistan Stock Exchange.
