EFU Life drops plan to acquire Waada Digital

October 12, 2026 (MLN): The proposed purchase of a 100% stake in Waada Digital (Private) Limited by EFU Life Assurance Limited (PSX: EFUL) will not go ahead. The board of directors of EFUL decided against the deal, with the mutual agreement of both parties.

The decision follows the earlier disclosure on the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Waada Digital (Private) Limited.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
