Dadabhoy Construction Technology Ltd, in a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, announced that it would be holding an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on Monday, August 13, 2018.

The EOGM meeting is meant to pass a resolution concerning the increase of authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 50 million to Rs 250 million.
