In a release issued on behalf of Bahria Town, AKD Securities has informed the relevant stakeholders that the public announcement of offer to acquire upto 6,357,437 ordinary shares constituting 14.42% of the issued share capital of the target company which was scheduled to be carried out on July 31, 2017 has been rescheduled due to the introduction of the new Listed Companies Regulations, 2017 which have replaced the earlier 2008 regulations.

AKD Securities further notified that as soon as the offer is revised in accordance to the new regulations, all the relevant stakeholders will be informed thereon.
