Corporate Alert: De-listing of Associated Services Limited, Listing of Macter International Limited

In notifications issued by the companies concerned, it is hereby notified that PSX has approved application for formal listing and quotation of Macter International Limited on completion of the relevant requirements of the Exchange.

Macter International Limited is being listed on the Exchange as a result of Merger of Associated Services Limited with and into Macter International Limited

The shareholders of Associated Services Limited have already been issued shares of Macter International Limited as per the Scheme of Arrangement for the Merger of Associated Services Limited with and into Macter International Limited. It is, therefore, notified that:

1. Trading in the shares of the Company will start on Ready Board of the Exchange from August 1, 2017 and all transactions taking place in respect of the above Company shall be settled on T+2 settlement basis from the above date. The first settlement date will be August 3, 2017.
2. The Market Lot of the Company will be 500 shares of Rs.10/- each.
3. The shares of the Company have already been declared eligible security by the CDC and all the transactions shall be settled through the NCCPL, which has assigned Company Code/Security Symbol as "MACTER".
4. The opening price of shares of the Company will be at the face value i.e. Rs.10/- per share and circuit breakers of Rs. 5/- or 50% whichever is higher during the first day of trading and thereafter the normal circuit breakers will be applicable.
5. The Company will be quoted under "PHARMACEUTICALS" Sector.
