Cordoba Logistics signs MoU with Foodpanda to provide motorcycles

June 02, 2022 (MLN): Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (CLVL) in line with its principal business of logistics has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with R-Sc Internet Services (Pvt) Limited (Foodpanda Pakistan), the company’s filing on bourse showed today.

Under the MoU, CLVL shall collaborate with Foodpanda Pakistan to provide motorcycles to its riders operating through its platform.

Foodpanda Pakistan is a subsidiary of Delivery Hero a global leader in the food delivery industry and a leading delivery platform in Asia dedicated to bringing consumers a wide range of food groceries and more.

Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (Formerly Mian Textile Industries Limited), was incorporated in Pakistan on December 01, 1986, as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.

The Company has changed its business and now is engaged in the business of logistics and other ventures after the acquisition of 70% paid-up share capital of the Company by Mr Danish Elahi.

At present, the stock of CLVL stands at Rs13.83, which is Rs0.33 or 2.44% higher than yesterday’s price.
