Commencement of Trading - Husein Sugar Mills and Sakrand Sugar Mill Limited

Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has approved the schedule of issue of Right Shares of Husein Sugar Mills Limited vide Notice No. PSX/N-3669 dated June 07, 2017 and Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited vide Notice No. PSX/N-2751 dated June 12, 2017.

The trading in the Unpaid Rights of the Company (Husein Sugar Mills) will start on the Exchange w.e.f. June 20, 2017. The first settlement date will be June 22, 2017.

The trading in the Unpaid Rights of the Company (Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited) will start on the Exchange w.e.f. June 16, 2017. The first settlement date will be June 20, 2017.

The Unpaid Rights of the Company(s) have already been declared as eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited and all the transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited, which has already assigned the Companies their respective codes/security symbols for Husein Sugar Mills Limited and “HSMR1” and “SKRSR” for Sakrand Sugar Mill Limited.
