Colgate Palmolive intends to acquire 21pct shares of Colgate-Palmolive Pakistan

May 6, 2019 (MLN): Colgate-Palmolive Company has made a public announcement regarding its intention to acquire up to 21% shares of Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited.

The aforementioned information was revealed in an official notification issued by Citi Bank N.A. Pakistan, who is also manager to the offer with respect to the proposed acquisition.

According to the notification, Colgate-Palmolive intends to acquire up to 12 million shares (21%) via Agreement(s) and up to 3.5 million shares (up to 6.08%) via Public Offer.
