Coeus Solutions’ book building canceled on unprecedented market conditions

May 12, 2022 (MLN): The Issuer and the Advisor, KTrade Securities Limited to the Issue has once again decided to cancel the book building of Coeus Solutions Limited on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board until further notice.

According to the notice, the participation in book building fell short of Issuer’s expectations due to the unprecedented market conditions amid the global economic situation and domestic political uncertainty.

The advisor through a notice has assured all registered bidders that their margin money shall be fully refunded within three (3) working days, it added.
