Clover Pakistan requests PSX to remove from defaulters’ list

January 10, 2022 (MLN): Clover Pakistan Limited (CLOV) has requested Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to remove it from the defaulters’ segment of the exchange immediately as it has announced its board meeting on January 21, 2022, to approve the company's annual accounts for the year ended June 30, 2021, the company’s filing on exchange revealed today.
As per the directions of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold Annual General Meeting (AGM) till February 28, 2022, for the FY21, the company will also issue the notice of AGM in the same board meeting for the same year.
To note, PSX had placed CLOV in the defaulter’s segment on December 06, 2021, for failing to hold an AGM and submitting annual audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2021.
