September 28, 2026 (MLN): Selmore Pharmaceuticals Limited has applied for listing on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through an initial public offering (IPO) of 48,611,112 ordinary shares at a floor price of Rs42 per share.

The shares, carrying a par value of Rs10 each, will be offered through the book building method, with KTrade Securities Limited acting as the lead manager to the issue.

The proceeds from the IPO at Floor Price of Rs42 per share are expected to raise Rs2,041,666,704 however at the cap price of Rs63 per share the Company is expected to receive Rs3,062,500,056.

The PSX has placed the draft prospectus on its website under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of Selmore Pharmaceuticals Limited," in line with Clause 3A(2) of the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
