Century Insurance to invest Rs.200 Million in a Private Equity Fund

In a filing on the PSX website, the Century Insurance Company Limited (CENI) announced that the board of directors of the company has decided to invest up to a sum of Rs. 200 Million, for a term of seven years, in an unlisted closed-end Private Equity Fund under the management of Lakson Investments Limited, an associated company.
