Calicom Industries to acquire 16.5% share capital of Dandot Cement Ltd

November 30, 2018 (MLN): Calicom Industries (Pvt) Limited, in its latest notification to PSX, has announced an offer to acquire up to 15,648,597 ordinary shares of Dandot Cement Company Limited, constituting approximately 16.5% of the issued share capital of the Target company.

Pervez Ahmed Capital Pvt. Limited will act as the Manager to the Offer on behalf of Calicom Industries.
