Calcorp board approves sale of 31 vehicles to Optimus Ltd

May 08, 2025 (MLN): The board of directors of Calcorp Limited (PSX: CASH), in its meeting held today, approved the sale of 31 vehicles to Optimus Ltd. for a total consideration of Rs146.5 million.

The transaction is being carried out in accordance with the approval obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on October 16, 2024, where shareholders had authorized the disposal of assets.

The sale forms part of the company’s strategy to optimize its asset portfolio and improve operational efficiency, as stated in the notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
