BWCL’s shareholders resolve to execute management services agreement

January 11, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Bestway Cement Limited (BWCL) in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 11, 2021, have resolved the execution of the management services agreement between the company and Bestway International Holdings Limited, the company informed through a notice to PSX today.

It has been further resolved that the said agreement be engrossed in duplicate and the common seal of the company be affixed thereto in accordance with the company's Articles of Association.
