Blue-Ex Limited gets SECP approval for share issuance

May 19, 2025 (MLN): Blue-Ex Limited (GEM) (PSX: GEMBLUEX) has received approval from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan for its application for issuance of shares other than by way of rights, to facilitate the migration of the Company from the GEM Board to the PSX Main Board.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Under the terms of the application, Blue-Ex shall offer 1 million ordinary shares at a fixed price of Rs65/- per share, vide its letter dated May 16, 2025.
