February 28, 2025 (MLN): Barkat Frisian Agro Limited's final subscription figures show applications for 65.91 million shares against an issue size of 16.9m.

These figures were compiled by the Registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, based on data from the bankers to the Issue, PSX, and CDC e-IPO.

This is in reference to the letter regarding the public subscription of Barkat Frisian Agro Limited's ordinary shares, which took place on February 24th and 25th, 2025 (both days inclusive).

The final subscription figures are as follows:
