Bank Makramah finalizes sale of Cullinan Tower

August 1, 2025 (MLN): Bank Makramah Limited (PSX:BML)
has officially concluded the sale of its prime real estate asset, Cullinan
Tower (formerly Summit Tower), located at Plot No. G-2, Block-2, Scheme-5,
Clifton, Karachi.
Based on a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock
Exchange (PSX), the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) was executed today, and the
bank has received the down payment for the transaction.
The move follows the earlier approval of the bank’s Board of
Directors during a meeting held on July 3, 2025.
